Transparent, time-and-materials pricing
We bill by the hour at published rates for the resources engaged on your project. No retainers, no hidden fees, no inflated estimates to cover scope uncertainty. Most engagements begin with a fixed-price Discovery project so you know exactly what you are buying before the meter starts.

Hourly Rate FAQs
Do you require a retainer or minimum commitment?
No. All engagements are time-and-materials based. You pay for hours worked. Most engagements begin with a fixed-price Discovery project that defines scope before any open-ended commitment is made.
How do you structure a typical engagement?
We start with a Discovery project to define scope, estimate effort, and produce a baseline budget. From there, ongoing work is billed at the applicable hourly rate for the resources engaged.
Are mixed teams common?
Yes. Most engagements involve a combination of resource types. An Architect may lead strategy and design while Developers handle implementation and a PM manages delivery.
Do you bill in minimum increments?
We bill in one-hour increments. There are no minimum daily or weekly commitments outside of project-specific agreements.
Prepaid Hour Blocks
Purchase hours in advance and save. Blocks are applied at the Developer rate ($400/hr standard). Choose between a one-time purchase or a recurring monthly subscription for deeper discounts.
One-time blocks are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No recurring commitment.
